Silly face!

This is a peek at our silly girl at work! She cracks me up! I couldn't love her more. She has also started patting me when she hugs me, she gives kisses, and starts to wave bye bye.

Last week Hayden's mommy and me preschool had a field trip to the pumpkin patch. It was a beautiful day and all the kids had a great time! I just loved getting super cute pictures of my little girls!

Some of our kids were missing and we had an extra come a long! We missed Claire and JJ missed part of it. But the kids had a great time!

I love this one it shows the size difference, or should I say similarities... Ruth who just turned one is only about a pound bigger and not much taller then Bri who is ALMOST 4 months old!

I just love this. I baby sat Stephani when she was younger, I do have to admit that I was 18 and came to stay with them while their parents went to Hawaii. Stephani was 12. So she isn't a ton younger then me. But she also baby sat Ethan for me, maybe even Brock a time or two also. Here we are both with babies at the same time. My last her first.

Bri and Ruth

Sunday after church the girls were snuggling with daddy and it was so cute! They all just love their daddy!

Last night Ruth started making this face. This it the tame version of it. She will close her eyes and look like she is going to cry, or sneeze. But it is so funny it makes me laugh so hard. Then when I laugh she will smile at me and then I will say make your silly face and she will do it again and again. I couldn't stop laughing!

Pumpkin Patch 2010

I missed getting a picture of all 5 together since my battery died right after taking a few birthday shots of Ruth. But at least I got all the pumpkin patch pictures!

Cute girls in a wagon!

Amelia found a pretty yellow one. She didn't want to pick it up because it was muddy.

Ethan picking the biggest pumpkin he can. We made the deal with him that he can pick anyone that he can pick up and load himself. So every year he gets the biggest one he can... I may regret that deal when he is 14...

Brock with "his" pumpkin.

Ruth and I at the Pumpkin Patch on her birthday! It was a tiny bit rainy.

Ruth's 1st Birthday

This is the monkey cake I made for Ruth. She loved it if you can't tell! She also loves her little phone we got her. I think she looks soooooo cute in her new outfits from Grandma too!!! What a sweetie. She really went for it on her cake too! We love you Ruth!!!

Look Who's one!!!!

I can hardly believe how fast this year has flown by. It feels like just last week that I was in the hospital having her! She has been such a blessing, and joy to our home. With each new stage she has brought a new dimension of joy to our home. I hate to admit that I was terrified before she was born as to how I would handle having 5 kids, if I would be able to do it. There are day's I wonder if I am still sane but I wouldn't trade one of them for the world. Ruth truly is a joy each and every day. Even the one time she was sick or as she has cut teeth she has been such a good baby. I am so grateful every day that my Heavenly Father has sent her to me and our family. My faith has grown from the experience of giving birth to her, and more each day from having her in our home. The rest of the kids have loved having her too. She definitely completes our happy home! I could go on and one but I need to get back to taking care of kids... SO I will let the pictures show how far she has come in one year! We LOVE YOU RUTH!!!

One month. She was such a sleepy, sweet angel!

3 Months and such a sweet smile!

These are her 6 month pictures that Julia did! I love these pictures! She is such a sweet baby!

I can hardly believe that my baby is one! Look at how she has grown!!! Maybe she is still small but she started out as my smallest.

I will post cake, presents and other pictures tomorrow.

Updates on our busy life!

Things are crazy busy here between soccer, ballet, Cub Scouts, child care, and now I am getting ready for the Holiday Bazaar. Our house is torn apart and has become my workshop! I hope the kids will forgive me but I will be done crafting soon... I hope... But the desk is crazy too because I am working on the advertising and gathering vendors.... all the crazy stuff to do with running a show. But I am loving it and working on it all in the cracks of everything else we do. Hopefully all to earn some "extra" money. Anyway here is a longish post just to update on our comings and goings of the last week!
Amelia and Hayden both needed a trim so I trimmed their hair Saturday evening. Amelia decided she wanted to have bangs again. I wasn't really interested in doing it for her to change her mind the next day. So Tuesday when she was still asking for them back I cut them. She loves it! I have to admit I loved her bangs before and was sad and reluctant to give up the bangs before but had gotten use to the no bang look. I do love having them back and think she looks cute!

Hayden still loves to be silly, loves preschool and all her friends! She is planning her birthday party which is a month away but she is very excited about it! She makes me laugh all the time and brings joy to our home. She has become very helpful as of lately too! Although just before bed time when she is getting tired she likes to get a little pushy, what more can I ask though really she has been so good lately!

Ethan's soccer team is playing hard! They got a few new player so now they do have enough to let some one take a break now and then. It was rough when they all had to play the whole time with no subs! But He is tough and plays hard!

Brock's face is healing up nicely! He helped me remember to give him his antibiotics every day so we actually made it through the whole cycles of them!!!

This is Brock's soccer team. He has been playing had and having a fun year. I don't think they have lost a game yet!

Ethan earned his Weblo's badge, his religious knot, and his arrow of light at this pack meeting. As well as a TON of pins! He has been working hard and I am proud of him!

Here are a few of the new things Ruth can do. She ate her first beats. She loved them and turned all purple!!! She has also recently tried tuna noodle casserole and loved it, as well as grilled cheese, and scrambled eggs! She also learned how to crawl out of her clothes. If her pants are not overalls chances are they are NOT going to stay on. Or in this case the shirt was a tiny large and she pulled it down.
